Now that you have the basic understanding on how to implement the Law of Attraction, now comes the methods on how to try and improve your results.  As mentioned in the section on what can block this process from working is your emotions and beliefs, both conscious and unconscious.  To improve how well the Law of Attraction works in your life, you need to ‘clear’ out these blockages and negative energy.

One of the best ways to do this that I’ve found so far is the Sedona Method.  I’ll go over a brief overview of how to use the process, but the book goes into a lot more details into how to use the Sedona method in your life to clear out negative emotions and stuff and basically lead a much happier, stress-free life.

My personal experience with the Sedona method is a little limited because I just started doing it in September of 2010, but my results so far are pretty good.  For more information on this, look under the book review section.

Another methodology that may benefit you is learning about NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).  This is the technology that Anthony Robbins made popular with Unlimited Power.  In a nutshell, this is all about how you talk to yourself, and from this, how you interact with other people.  How you talk to yourself has a major impact on your self esteem, your emotional state, and a whole slew of other things.  Once you can learn to change what you say to yourself for the better, the more easily you can get yourself to believe that the Law of Attraction works.  It also teaches you how to more effectively interact with other people by help you understand how the other person’s thought process may work.  So while the Law of Attraction brings the people into your life, using NLP can help you bond with them for mutual benefit.

One thing that you absolutely have to get is a dream board or photo album.  A dream board or dream photo album is just a place for you to get pictures, photos, or even drawings of things you want, or things that symbolize what you want (like a check written out to you for a certain amount of money by a certain date, like what Jim Carrey did), or similar items.  Once you starting assembling pictures and symbols of things you want and attached to your board or album, you should at least look at it twice a day, preferably first thing in the morning and last thing before you go to bed.  This has two benefits.  First, it’s something positive to let you go through the day with. Second thing it does is reinforce your goals during the day, where your unconscious mind can work on it and reinforce the mental pathway, plus it gives you something positive to impress on your mind before you go to sleep.  This repetition of impressing on your mind the things that you want reinforces in your unconscious mind the vibration of the things that you want drawn to you.  The stronger the “vibration”, the more potent the request to the universe.

Another area that may help is in the use of sound/music.  Baroque music has been shown to help with memory retention and accelerative learning, as based off research that was done and referenced in the book Superlearning.  It’s been almost 20 years since I read the book, so I could be hazy on my memory of what they learned from this particular research, but what my impression was was that it had to due with the pace of the music was approximately 60 beats per minute, which was close to what a heart beats at nominally, so it was causing people to enter a more relaxed, accelerative state, which usually winds up meaning that they were brought to an alpha wave brainwave state.

The other thing dealing with music/sound is the use of a binaural beat.  This is the technological discovery that when 2 separate tones are played, one in each ear, if they’re within a certain range, caused a “3rd” frequency to show up in the brain.  This info was also referenced in Superlearning along with several other books.  To understand what I’m trying to describe, I’m going to give an example that’s going to be real simplistic and not values that you would do it in the real world, but will allow you to easily grasp the concept.  Say for example that in your left ear I played a tone with a frequency of 10Hz, and in your right ear I played a tone at 19Hz.  The total difference in frequency between the two tones is 9Hz.  This 9Hz difference would be a “phantom tone” that would be generated in the brain/mind, with results that are easily measurable.  That 9Hz difference would place you into an Alpha wave brainwave state almost against your will.  Once in this brainwave state, you learn faster, have more direct access to programming your subconscious mind, are more relaxed, and a whole host of other benefits.

If you do a search for binaural beats or alpha wave, you’re bound to find a slew of cd’s that can help you utilize this technology.  One of the bigger companies that offer a program based off this technology is Centerpointe, and their program technology is HoloSync.  I haven’t tried their material before, but based off of the information I can get on it, I wouldn’t be against getting it if only to improve myself in general.  It’s also the technology that Learning Strategies utilize on their Paraliminal Programs.

I’m sure there’s many more things out there that can improve your use and results of the Law of Attraction, and as I find them, I’ll add them here.  I’m also open to your suggestions if you have a particular exercise, program, book, process, etc. that you get good results from in your use of the Law of Attraction.
